Deidre Koppelman - Chief Success Strategist

Since founding PEAR™ in 2003, Deidre has worked closely with senior level executives, business owners and organizational teams, providing strategic management counsel and solutions across a variety of industries. Deidre puts her focus into organizational development, leadership development and behavioral analytics for her clients. Deidre is one of 6 individuals in the State of New York that is a Kolbe® Certified Consultant.

 

Prior to founding PEAR™, Deidre served as President of a direct marketing catalog company, where she oversaw the operations and strategic direction of the 85-person organization. Deidre previously held various positions at Time Warner, NBC, GE Capital and Doubleday.

 

Currently a member of Vistage International; a group dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and enhancing the lives of Chief Executives, Deidre is also a member of the Strategic Coach program.  Deidre is always on the path to increase her knowledge so that she can share what she learns with every client.  Her well-developed “tool box” allows her to be creative in helping her clients solve their most difficult challenges.  Deidre provides insight and confidence to all she works with in order to help assist with creating the changes necessary to achieve results.

Jonathan Gassman - Success Strategist

Jon’s background includes advising highly respected C-level executives and fortune 500 companies in a multitude of disciplines. As Founder and CEO of the Gassman Financial Group, Jonathan continues to guide management teams across a variety of sectors through pivotal business operations including: organizational health analyses, succession planning, compensation and benefits programs, talent acquisition, talent leadership and development, assessing and developing sales objectives, creating a culture of accountability, team building, and creating process efficiencies.

David Freedman - Chief Success Coach

Dave has more than 15 years in human resources consulting. Prior to PEAR and My Success Platform, Dave worked with APTMetrics, Inc., consuluting with companies of all sizes, across multiple industries, and including many of the Fortune 100 as well as state and federal government agencies.

 

His wide-ranging experiences include designing competency models, engagement and culture surveys, exit surveys, and multi-rater feedback processes. He is also experienced in talent acquisition, including developing job descriptions, structured interviews, executing role-plays, and onboarding new employees. Additionally, Dave brings strong expertise in data analytics and designing reports that are easy to understand and visually striking.

 

Dave is at his best when building collaborative client relationships. His unique combination of professionalism, approachability, and passion for solving problems means that PEAR’s clients can be assured that he will confidently guide them to the best solutions for their needs.

Lauren Leprine - Success Coach

Graduating from Adelphi University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Lauren joined the PEAR team with enthusiasm and professionalism from the start. Her love of helping our clients find the absolute best candidates to hire shows up in everything she does, every day. Lauren is also the happiest when she can inform a job seeker that they “got the job” because she has compassion for all.

 

During her college years, Lauren was an active member of the Human Resources Society. Lauren was previously employed as recruitment coordinator for a small firm in Jericho, NY where she gained experience and knowledge on the art of recruiting. She also has worked for a family owned pharmacy where she acquired excellent customer service and leadership skills. With her previous employment history, coupled with her commitment to service, she is a rock star in the talent acquisition team at PEAR.

Stephanie Quinn - Success Coach

Stephanie, AKA “Quinn”, joined the PEAR talent acquisition team with tremendous passion. She graduated from Adelphi University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources and a minor in Communications. “Quinn” is best known for her calm demeanor on the outside and serious diligence to provide the absolute best in service to our clients.

 

In her previous position, she worked as a Customer Experience Manager where she gained knowledge of customer service management as well as recruitment and hiring. As a member of the PEAR team, Stephanie continues to take on more challenges and is always seeking to enhance the performance of the PEAR talent acquisition team.

Justin Cutler - Success Coach

Justin joined PEAR upon graduating from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Leadership Studies. His focus on leadership and passion for helping people has made him a great asset to our Talent Acquisition team.

 

Throughout college, Justin held multiple internships at Discovery Communications and America Works, where he gained experience evaluating talent within a large organization. He brings a fresh perspective to PEAR that we greatly value.

Christine Mathewson - Boot Camp Coordinator

Christine started as an intern at PEAR in early 2012 and upon her college graduation she became a full time member of the PEAR team. As her journey progresses at PEAR, Christine has grown into an all-star support member to our talent acquisition team, the outsourced human resource management team and the behavioral analytics team.

 

Christine has a BA degree in Professional Communications and a Minor in Sociology from Farmingdale State College.

 

Always reliable and always focused on how best to service our team and our clients, Christine exudes what PEAR is all about.

Milanna Otway - Boot Camp Coordinator

While pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Professional Communications at Farmingdale State University, Milanna worked as a recruiter for a healthcare staffing agency. Within this role she assisted clients with locating and onboarding new staff members. Milanna has a keen ability to target her candidate searching very specifically and efficiently. Milanna also brings her full life cycle recruiting and payroll experience to our PEAR clients.

 

Milanna combines customer service skills and recruitment experience to provide clients with the perfect match. She brings a keen understanding of building business relationships and a dedicated commitment to client satisfaction to the PEAR team.
